Cobblestone Cafe, Drayton Valley, Alberta

WHO WE ARE

Curtis and Jessica Patterson moved from Calgary to Drayton Valley, Alberta, to open a restaurant unique to their vision. They were initially known as Coffee Rose. The charming house, converted to a cafe, was originally nestled behind trees in the back of the lot that the current building occupies.

The couple purchased Coffee Rose and changed the business name to Cobblestone Cafe, which officially opened its doors on July 31, 2007.

Operating out of the small cafe, no bigger than 700 square feet, was a challenge. On August 23, 2013, the cafe moved to a temporary location at The Gallery Coffee House until a newly expanded building, boasting over 2000 square feet, could be constructed.

In May of 2014, Cobblestone Cafe re-opened as a full-service restaurant in its present location.
